Piazza San Marco! Here with a fellow violinist more than ten years ago... so sad to see what’s happening to my beloved Italy right now. I hope to visit again some day. I found this shot while digging through old photos (again, thanks to my #covid19 #staycation). Old photos and beautiful memories like this are so important to me... I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent looking at photos. Some make me cry, some make me laugh... it’s a favourite pastime of mine! Happy Tuesday everyone! I spent last night cleanin

Happy Tuesday everyone! I spent last night cleaning up our basement and digging up old photos! This is a favourite moment, performing for 7,000 in Bahrain at a beautiful festival! After taking four years almost entirely off to have our family, I was so excited for this year to be getting back to work. While that hasn't happened as I thought, while life is strange currently, I am grateful for kick up the rear end the current situation has given me to learn new things! I'm setting up a home studio, I'm going live on platforms I thought I'd never use and I'm writing a lot more! My kids are home with us anyway, but I love that my husband has more time to spend with us, even though there is stress with the situation in general, which is I'm sure, felt by everyone. I hope you guys are making the most of this time of isolation, and that you're staying well and healthy! Sophie Xo
