In Paris, back in 2008, Sophie commenced working on an event that would bring women together in a supportive collaborative way. The first event took place at La Scene Bastille in July of that year. In the last week, Sophie performed at Love Her, the Signature event of Ovarian Cancer Canada in both Toronto and Calgary. Sophie is also spokesperson for the charity, and will appear in a new Public Service Announcement this year. Ovarian Cancer is the most deadly women’s cancer.
