This leg of the trip has been pure Italian dreaming, from start to finish.

I made my way down via Milan, soaking up a bit of that effortless city style before stopping off at Lake Como — and honestly, no photo does that place justice. The water, the mountains, the villas lining the shore… I completely understand why everyone falls in love with it.

But the real highlight was arriving in Sardinia to perform on a yacht for Perrier-Jouët. The event was all about their Belle Epoque 2008 vintage, released globally back in September 2016, and packaged in that iconic bottle adorned with Emile Gallé’s Japanese white anemones — genuinely one of the most beautiful bottles I’ve ever seen in person. Sardinia is such a hotspot for luxury brand showcases and private yacht events like this one, and it’s easy to see why this vintage keeps popping up across the Mediterranean’s high-end hospitality scene. Picture it: champagne, the most incredible coastline, and a stage that happened to be floating on the water. It doesn’t get much more surreal than that as a way to spend an evening.

Between Milan’s charm, Como’s beauty, and Sardinia’s sparkle, this stretch of the trip might just be my favourite yet.
