Hey out there, super fans!

I’m so excited to be here in Denmark. I’ll admit — I was a little nervous playing for Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik at the Sculptures by the Sea gala, simply because I’m such a huge fan of Mary. Standing there performing for her felt genuinely surreal. Check out my full post on the event!

I also got to explore Copenhagen, and it was absolutely fabulous — another world entirely. From the fashion, with the prettiest little daisy details everywhere, to the bikes — so many bikes, and hardly any cars. It’s a completely different rhythm of city life, and I loved every minute of it.

🇩🇰 My top 5 places to see in Copenhagen

1. Tivoli Gardens — one of the oldest amusement parks in the world, and every bit as charming as it sounds.
2. Rosenborg Palace — stunning architecture and grounds right in the heart of the city.
3. The Little Mermaid & Hans Christian Andersen — a must for anyone who grew up on his stories.
4. The Royal Danish Theatre — its design is so distinctive, it’s worth visiting for the building alone.
5. Christiania — a freetown with its own laws, entirely separate from the rest of Copenhagen. Unlike anywhere else I’ve been.

My favourite part of Denmark was, without a doubt, the culture — art woven into every corner of the city. Being in Hans Christian Andersen’s homeland and soaking up everything new about this place was such a gift. We really are such interesting creatures, us humans.
